Laura Sweeney joined our team in 1991 and works as our New Business Coordinator.

In this role, Laura assists in the preparation of applications and underwriting issues that may arise.

Laura is also responsible for:

  • Sceduling the insurance exams,
  • Preparing illustrations for all forms of disability products,
  • Assisting with the underwiting process, and
  • Following up on Attending Physician Statements during the underwriting of your application.

Victoria Velikan joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Team in 2005 and acts as our Client Service Representative.

Victoria's primary focus is to ensure that the requests and questions posed by our clients are completed on a timely and efficient manner. 

Victoria can help you:

  • Schedule annual reviews
  • Information and service requests on your exisiting coverages
  • Process address changes
  • Expedite ownership & beneficiary changes
  • Process all billing and premium related issues.
